While working women and youngsters in India frequently wear Kurti (a tunic made of cotton, silk, chiffon etc with intricate embroidery, or Indian borders and motifs), an increasing number of women in Europe and in the US choose to bring these beautiful tunics back home to wear with jeans. In fact, brands such as Lucky brand and Calvin Klein have been inspired by this trendy Indian outfit and have created their own line of Indian tunics.
