Getting insulin in Bangalore?

I have to visit Bangalore for three months on work soon. I am diabetic and am worried about whether I can get insulin and other medication there or should I take a stock from here? Also, how are the medical facilities there in case of an emergency?

There is really no need to worry about the availability of insulin and other prescription medicines in Bangalore. There are well-stocked 24-hour pharmacies around the city where you can get everything. You won't need a prescription for medicines for headache, stomach aches etc but for insulin and other medicines, it is better that you carry your prescriptions with you. There are also some good hospitals in Bangalore with facilities on par with the west.
